David Marks has joined the firm, bringing over 25 years’ experience working across a range of construction projects in the Retail, Heritage, Healthcare and Education sectors.
David’s previous position was at Gleeds, the global Property and Construction Consultancy, where he held the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor for 12 years.
David’s previous experience covers the full range of cost management roles, including setting initial budgets, cost planning, cash flow projection, contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, post contract management and Final Account settlement.
