Project Management

Project Management

Our team of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers work across the UK, providing the full range of Project Management services, from outline Budget Costs to full Project Management.

We believe in taking responsibility for our projects, so we're not afraid to take the lead. If appointed, we aim to plan, coordinate, control and report on all aspects of the project, from inception through to completion and beyond.

By linking in with our other in-house teams, in particular our Planning Consultancy team, we like to think we can offer early strategic advice, which other firms cannot.

Ultimately, we aim to drive value on all of our projects, by saving you money through negotiation and intelligent procurement, but also by identifying, creating and presenting opportunities to you to increase the bottom line.

Our Head Office is in the Regency town of Cheltenham. Find out more information on our projects across London, South West, Thames Valley and across the UK.

Don't believe us?

We believe that the work we do and the clients we work for, say more about us than we could ever convey, so if you don’t believe us, take a look at our Case Studies.

Why should I choose Evans Jones?

We tell it as it is

We believe in being direct and communicating clearly, even if this means telling you what you don’t want to hear. We don’t do ‘spin’.

We take responsibility

We’re not afraid to make decisions or give firm recommendations. Appoint us and we’ll ‘get stuck in’ and make your project our own.

Trusted advisors

We aim to build long term relationships, so we won’t take the ‘quick buck’. If we think you’re not spending your money wisely we’ll tell you, even if this costs us a fee.

" We work closely with the team at Evans Jones and fully expect to continue doing so. Not only do we receive really attentive, personal service but this is the team that helped us deliver our biggest capital project in a decade bang on schedule and very comfortably within budget. "
