David Jones MRTPI MRICS is Managing Director of Evans Jones Ltd and a dual-qualified Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years’ professional experience. He provides strategic leadership to the business, supporting its continued growth and development while bringing a clear commercial perspective to complex property and planning decisions.

David advises landowners, developers, public bodies and lenders on regeneration, development strategy, masterplanning, site appraisal and viability, and the promotion of land and development sites. His experience spans the residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors, including major regeneration schemes, strategic development projects and complex or sensitive sites.

Alongside his role at Evans Jones, David is a Board Member of the Gloucestershire Design Review Panel and Constructing Excellence (Gloucestershire), and Chair of the Gloucestershire Property Forum. He also advises lenders and credit committees on the planning, property and viability considerations affecting development proposals, combining strategic insight with extensive practical experience of bringing sites forward.
