Evans Jones were appointed by Travelodge to monitor the construction phase of a new Travelodge hotel in Paignton.

The project comprised the demolition of an existing derelict hotel on a prime site close to Paignton Seafront and the construction of a new 92 bedroom Travelodge with integral Bar Cafe.
Evans Jones were appointed to monitor the construction phase of the project, seeing the job through to successful completion.
The hotel was completed in mid January and received it's first paying customers only 3 days after practical completion.
