Evans Jones were appointed to monitor the construction phase of a new 84 bedroom hotel located in the seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare.

The hotel is the group’s first in the town and features its new contemporary design and Bar/Cafe concept.
Evans Jones’ Project management Team worked on behalf of Travelodge to monitor the project throughout the construction phase, working closely with the Developer and Contractor to ensure that the hotel was completed on time, to budget and to Travelodge’s exacting quality standards.
A relatively tight 47 week contract time was put in place, as part of Travelodge’s ambitious programme of hotel openings.
The hotel was completed within the agreed timescale and opened to its first paying guests in February 2016.
