Located in the centre of Cheltenham, the former tax offices were converted into the second Big Sleep Hotel.
Evans Jones was responsible for overseeing the project, from planning negotiations through to detailed design and contract administration.
The design of the hotel has provided exactly what the owners set out to achieve, including clean and simple rooms, stylish interiors and innovative design solutions.
The project won the Cheltenham Civic Society Award 2008 for ‘Best Refurbishment’ and Evans Jones has also completed the third Big Sleep Hotel in Eastbourne.
