We advised the client, Bastien Jack Homes, on the Party Wall Act and advised how access to neighbours gardens could be secured.
We served notices on more than ten neighbours, who were both homeowners and commercial businesses and dealt with disputes, preparation of Party Wall awards and scaffold licences for 8 separate owners.
Despite dealing with disgruntled neighbours, we were able to secure access to neighbouring properties to allow the erection of scaffolding with no disruption to the build programme.
