Evans Jones served Party Wall Notices on multiple neighbours affected by the construction of the new building.

We put in place multiple Party Wall Awards with neighbouring owners, in good time to allow a prompt start of works. We also secured scaffold licences from several owners to allow ease of demolition and construction of the new building.

The site presented numerous challenges as it is surrounded on three sides by other properties, so it was imperative that access arrangements were dealt with promptly to allow an early start on site.
