Intertissue is a major importer and manufacturer of toilet tissue operating from a vast site in Port Talbot.
Following extension and reorganisational works, we were appointed to prepare a detailed design stage Disabled Access Statement, which had been requested by the Building Control Officer.
The client was under significant pressure to complete the works and achieve compliance. In a short period of time, we were able to reach an agreement with the Building Control Officer and achieve sign off of a scheme which was fair and reasonable to all parties involved.
