Evans Jones was appointed to carry out Access Audits of more than 180 sites across the UK. Following completion of the audits we were retained to design, procure, and supervise the 'roll out' of adjustive works at over 30 of these sites.
Working with the client we devised a standard audit format and list of adjustive works in order to achieve consistency at all sites.
We procured works across 30 sites achieving difficult consents for ramps and external alterations to many high profile listed buildings.
By procuring works from a single well organised contractor, we were able to roll out a works programme in a short space of time, with consistent results at all sites, without affecting any of the branches trading.
