The brief included delivering training to 12 members of staff over a two day access audit course.

The client required a bespoke solution based around their particular requirements and diverse portfolio of retail stores, travel agents, day nurseries and funeral homes.

By devising a bespoke course on site, we were able to offer client specific training that met their needs.

The course met with excellent customer feedback achieving an average satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5.
