Permission was granted by West Berkshire Council for partial conversion of an existing barn to residential accommodation.
Evans Jones have worked with Mathewson Waters Architects to gain planning permission on behalf of applicant, John Hughes Racehorse Transport Ltd., to partially convert an existing barn to provide residential accommodation for occupation by the owners.
The site is in a rural location and part of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), just outside of Lambourn, West Berkshire. The existing barn is a large two storey structure, which is to be partly converted to create an essential workers dwelling, comprising two bedrooms and living accommodation for the owners.
