Planning consent secured for new Cheltenham development

Evans Jones has secured planning permission for the development of a new Mews house situated within the curtilage of a grade II* listed building within Cheltenham's central conservation area.

The site is located to the rear of 10 Lansdown Place and currently features two garages which are to be demolished to make way for the new development.

Planning consent had previously been refused for similar proposals upon the same site so the application required careful and detailed negotiation with the councils planning and conservation officers.
