Plans submitted for a mixed use scheme with 257 homes, 40,000sq ft of office space and a hotel
A masterplan has been submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council for a mixed use development, located on the western edge of Witney, 19km west of Oxford, adjacent to the existing Witney Lakes Resort. The site, comprises of two football pitches, formerly belonging to Witney Football Club.
The development will comprise up to 40,000 sq ft of office space and a 62 bedroom hotel, as well as up to a maximum of 257 homes (of which 40 percent will be affordable homes).
The application has been submitted on behalf of landowner, Witney Holdings Ltd.
