Evans Jones have been appointed by Crest Nicholson to assist with the project to regenerate the south bank of the River Avon.
The regeneration project is transforming Bath's riverside area, a short walk from the City's historic core, into Bath Western Riverside, an exciting new modern residential quarter.
Bath and North East Somerset Council agreed outline planning permission for the entire site in 2010 and to date nearly 700 new homes have been built. The latest phase of development sees plans for 54 new apartments on a former industrial site, to the west of the city of Bath.
As part of the development, Crest Nicholson Regeneration are looking to provide Public spaces and have appointed Evans Jones to provide Project Management and Project Monitoring services in relation to the Civil and Soft Landscaping Contracts.
Planning permission has been submitted to Bath and North East Somerset Council for this next phase and completion is planned for end of 2018.
