Evans Jones was employed by Gloucestershire County Council to undertake a Masterplanning exercise of derelict land in Cheltenham town centre.

Following a detailed site assessment by our planning team a draft development brief was prepared for discussion and agreement with the local authority.
Working with a range of consultants Evans Jones completed the development brief, setting out the development constraints so that the site could be marketed with minimal risk to purchasing Developers.
This confirmed that the site was suitable for the highest value use (residential) as part of a redevelopment programme.
Evans Jones assessment and development brief resulted in the council achieving the best possible value for the site.
