The College 1843 building is a Grade II* listed building housing the College Library, Concert Hall and main reception.
Evans Jones was appointed to Project Manage the refurbishment of the Library and Concert Hall and the upgrading of the back stage areas. The modernisation of these areas presented a unique challenge and our planning team came to the fore in the initial stages leading negotiations with the Conservation Officer.
Evans Jones Project team managed the job on site, to include the main contract as well as the new library furniture package, furniture restoration package and retractable seating system to the Concert Hall.
This resulted in a complete transformation, which has received a commendation from both the Cheltenham Civic Society and School Library Association .
