The Caravan and Motorhome Club run more than 150 sites across the country, each of which has its own Access Statement.
Evans Jones were originally appointed to update and prepare new statements for 20 sites but have since been appointed to update and rationalise statements for each site across the UK.
Due to the sites spanning a large proportion of the country, Evans Jones had to carefully programme inspections for maximum efficiency. Furthermore, it was important to rationalise each statement to ensure key information was presented in a concise manner to their disabled customers.
Evans Jones is highly experienced in bulk auditing and used their team of trained in-house auditors to ensure consistency was achieved across all sites and the statements were delivered to an agreed timescale.
