Working with the client we gained a detailed understanding of how visitors accessed and used the site.
Reflecting the proactive duty to visitors we then prioritised visitor access.
In the short term, we devised procedures to facilitate visitor access using alternative routes, whilst identifying longer term goals for all areas.
