Following the provision of Access Audit Training to a member of the PCT property team, we were appointed to complete an Access Audit of the new Integrated Care Centre.
Uniquely the Access Audit inspection was used to provide additional training to the staff member, who shadowed our Access Consultant during the inspection.
This is a service we have now provided to several clients, as the exercise allows delegates to put what they have learned into practice and to deal with ‘real world’ scenarios, with an experienced Access Consultant on hand to guide them through the Access Audit process.
