The new hotel is well-situated for business and leisure travellers, with Heathrow Airport within a 5 minute drive down the M4
The 81 bedroom hotel has a bar/cafe and features Travelodge's PLUS concept, which provides guests with more style and comfort but with the great value you'd expect from a Travelodge. The new hotel forms part of Travelodge expansion plan to open 100 more hotels over the next 5 years.
Evans Jones worked on behalf of Travelodge to monitor the project through the construction phase to completion. It was integral to work closely with the Developer and Contractor to ensure that the hotel was progressing well and meeting targets.
Due to careful planning, Travelodge Stockley Park was completed on time, to budget and in line with Travelodge’s exacting quality standards. It successfully opened to its first customers in September 2020.
