The warehouses were based in Gloucester docks, where we had previously worked on the refurbishment of other warehouses.
This gave us a unique insight into the construction of these buildings and the challenges faced in terms of access in a docklands environment.
Based on our specialist knowledge we were able to prepare detailed and robust cost assessments which resulted in savings to the client on their premiums.
