At inception our Building Surveying team identified significant defects in the building allowing these to be addressed by the design and factored into the budget.
Our Architectural team took the Big Sleep model and applied it to the existing bedrooms on a room by room basis, working with our Planning team to deliver improvements to the facade.
Our Project team provided initial cost advice before taking the project through procurement and then managing the construction team on site.
