The Project Consultancy team offers a range of project management services with our role tailored to suit the client’s individual needs and expertise.
Equally the Project Consultancy team here at Evans Jones is closely allied to the Planning, Architectural and Building Surveying divisions of Evans Jones, offering you a multi-disciplinary service or ‘one-stop shop’ where additional expertise is required. We are able to offer a full design and traditional contract administration service for new build, refurbishment, repair and extension projects, across all sectors. We also offer a Client’s / Employer’s Agent service.

The role of Project Manager can be varied but we are able to offer the following services:

• Feasibility cost plan
• Advice on and appointment of design team
• Development of scheme proposals
• Management of planning process
• Advice on procurement route and build contract
• Detailed design and specification
• Preparation of tender package
• Tender report and contractor appointment
• Client/Employers Agent
• Cost control and reporting
• Quality control
• Certification of payment and final account
• Management of handover documentation and liaison with incoming purchasers or tenants

As a multi-disciplinary practice we can call on the expertise of our Planning, Architectural, and Building Surveying divisions but are equally at home working with an external design team.
