As professional planning consultants we are frequently asked to advise companies, individuals and pressure groups, on the merits of an application which may impact upon the objector’s interests in some way. If appropriate and in cases where a planning objection is deemed appropriate, we prepare written representations and make verbal presentation to planning committees and before appeal inspectors in respect to specific proposals.
