The Planning Appraisal is prepared for developers and / or landowners prior to a formal planning application. The appraisal will identify opportunities and constraints applicable to a particular site, having regard to local, regional and national policy guidance. In recent years sites which can accommodate residential uses have commanded the highest values. Evans Jones typically prepares 50 – 60 detailed appraisals per annum.
