We are looking to appoint a newly qualified Chartered Surveyor or a Surveyor with significant experience (4-5years +)to support our head of Building Surveying and Senior Building Surveyors.
The position will sit between our Graduate and Senior Surveyors.
The role will focus on professional work in the commercial sector to include Pre-Acquisition Surveys and Defects Analysis, Dilapidations claims, RCAs, Party Wall and Project Work. We work across a diverse range of properties and sectors.
The workload will be split between our base in Gloucestershire and surrounding counties aswell as work along the M4 corridor and then into London.
Our HQ is in Cheltenham but we are happy to consider candidates based between Cheltenham and Reading typically along the M4 Corridor. We can provide a desk space in Reading but are happy to be flexible and consider an alternative location along the M4 corridor if this suits the right candidate.
We are happy to consider alternative titles for the role.
