Conversion of redundant 1970's office building into 62 bedroom contemporary styled hotel providing low cost accommodation. This Big Sleep hotel will be the second in a chain of hotels and has been project managed from conception to completion.
Evans Jones LLP managed the application through the planning process to successful determination; this included overcoming constraints presented by local planning policy for the retention of employment land and producing a ‘Green Travel Plan’ to ensure that sustainable means of traveling to and from the site are promoted to all users.
