The Architectural Division has many years of experience in providing construction and working drawings packages for developers and builders alike. We also provide an outsourced drawing resource for developers such as Crest Nicholson, Bovis Homes and Rialto Homes Limited.
We apply a thorough approach to developing our understanding of building techniques and materials to ensure that we are able to provide sensible and well considered details which, whilst achieving the aesthetics desired by us and our clients are also robust and hardwearing enough to last without ongoing maintenance issues.
We have experience of both traditional and modern procurement (PDF) routes and are happy to work direct with a client using a traditional or partnering route, or with a contractor using the Design and Build route.
We can provide one or any number of services to suit our clients’ requirements be that an initial site appraisal to establish the potential of a site/building through to a full architectural service in accordance with the RIBA workstages.
