Access Audit Consultancy services range from the provision of proactive advice for those needing initial project guidance, through to support in a crisis that may have developed during the development process, or following a customer complaint.

Recent instructions include:
- Working for Local Authorities to fulfill the role of Access Officer while a new recruit was appointed
- Undertaking research projects for Public Realm design
- Research into alternative designs for tactile paving in a conservation area to meet a high standard of urban design
- Representing a service recipient in a claim for discrimination at a training course
- Providing evidence, advising lawyers and expert opinion in a claim against a restaurant that allegedly discriminated against a customer
- Working with an employer to make reasonable adjustments to their place of employment, to meet the specific needs of a member of staff.
