Access Appraisals are the first stage in the design process and ensure that the best possible design for a new development is encompassed in the scheme.
Typically Evans Jones will:
- Review the design and advise the design team using our access experience and broad knowledge of the development process
- Produce reports on the access approach, and development justification for the design detail as the scheme develops
This process assists the design team greatly by preparing for Access Statements, avoiding the need for redesign, ensuring that the design meets best practice and, probably most importantly, using innovation and a deep understanding of the subject to save cost and time.
